Unity's form of prayer is Affirmative Prayer. The first step is to allow your mind to go still and go to your heart space, acknowledging the Presense of Spirit. Affirmative Prayer is the highest form of creative thought. It inlcudes the release of counter-productive, negative thoughts, as well as holding in mind statements of spiritual truth. Unity teaches that when prayer is practiced regularly it raises an individual's consciousness and experience and strregnthens their connection with the Divine. Unity encourages an individual daily practice. Unity of Pompano offers several opportunities for you to be supported in prayer.
